Job Description:
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Escalate issues in the software to reporting officer
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Administer help desk software, actively act on the notifications/alerts received
  • Be the Single point of Contact for the assigned region
  • Excellent Writing and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Knowledge of Using Online System, Software (MS-Office)
  • 5 days working
  • Should be Graduate (IT Background / Certification is preferable but not mandatory)
