Job Description:

  • He is responsible for frequent minor activities like site access, files issue, list/libraries issues etc.
  • Create documentation on all work done.
  • Develop requirements for new Website improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Engineer SharePoint solutions/O365 SharePoint Online/OneDrive for business migration and support.
  • Support all physical/Virtual servers platform hardware procurement, setup, monitoring, backup, troubleshooting.
  • Perform systems operations, monitor systems activities and ensure smooth daily operation of systems facilities.
  • Server patching on a monthly basis to ensure the security integrity of the environment.
  • Communicate with global colleagues to resolve issues for users for Infra related applications.
  • Identify and support related Infrastructure issues, network/DNS/load balancer/firewall/proxy.
  • Analyse and automate routine tasks for efficiency.
  • Handle 24*7 on-call standby support rotation.
