Functional Expert/Technical Business Analyst

Currently, we are having urgent openings for Functional Expert with experience in MIS reports, Data analytics, executing requests for data as per approved policy Payments reconciliation and integration, developing data archival policy, and monitoring the implementation to join our client. The requirement is for our Govt client; you will be on a direct role with the client.

Eligibility:

  • Experience: 3 Year +
  • Education: BE/B.Tech in the computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in managing e-governance projects is essential
    ,or a master’s degree in a computer application or a related discipline, or any other equivalent stream, with 2.5 years of experience in managing e-Governance projects, is essential
    Or a Graduation in any discipline with at least 3.5 years of experience in managing e-governance projects is essential.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deeply understand business needs.
  • MIS reports, Data analytics, executing requests for data as per approved policy.
  • Payments reconciliation and integration, developing data archival policy, and monitoring the implementation.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) that generate actionable reports and insights.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills while driving project success.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and manage large volumes of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Gather and document business requirements effectively, taking full ownership of the process.
  • Develop comprehensive requirements specifications, including Business Requirements Document and wireframes.
  • Create/validate new approaches and models to identify, validate, and communicate business requirements clearly.
  • Ensure prompt publication, distribution, and stakeholder sign-off of business requirements.
  • Translate technical issues into user-friendly terms for non-technical users/clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Training, and Documentation teams to ensure accurate documentation.
