Brief background:Hub Management System is an application which is used for Import/Export Activity of Data from various resources to a centralized repository ‘Hub’. This application interacts with various vendors by sending and receiving data based on various criteria’s and conditions. It is also used for managing the Call center Calling, Lead Generation and managing the status of various requests coming through to HUB from different vendors. It is also used for synchronizing the data from Sybase based Dialer to ORACLE. Reporting Tool was generated as a part of the project to keep a track of all kind of interactions.
