Brief background:ISCB’s requirement of Web based Document management system was to enable all the stake holders to have a centralised system for the report submission. The scientist are expected to complete and submit the report on half yearly basis to the network coordinator and project management unit in order to monitor the project and fund allocation.
The Web based document management system included:

• Design and development of the web based reporting system in the form of a website and web application
• Login pages for scientists, Project Coordinators and Project Management Units
• Provision to submit the project report by scientists
• Provision to leave a comment or feedback
• Summary Page view
• Submission of report to PMU and Network Coordinator
• Dashboard
