Working for more than a decade with multi-discipline customers, domains and industries has helped us to identify the key areas of focus, challenges and tasks for the IT Managers and Asset Managers in large organizations. This experience became the stimulating factor to develop a robust, scalable and at the same time easy to implement software solution for IT Asset Tracking.

That brought out the manage assets; an integrated solution for asset tracking and complaint management system. This software solution has been defined and modelled around the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standard guidelines.

ITIL based process implementation in manage assets aims to ensure that incidents are detected and service requests are then recorded. It also helps you to track the complete incident history. Also as per the best practices suggested by ITIL, the completed incidents are available in the archive for a minimum period of 180 days from the day they were opened.
